About the Role:
Join Lawn Doctor of Texarkana-Magnolia-Idabel as a Lawn Care/Pest Technician and help create beautiful, healthy lawns for our valued customers! This exciting opportunity allows you to work outdoors, apply your skills, and make a difference in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
- Assess customer properties to identify lawn health issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and educating clients on lawn care practices.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in lawn care or pest management preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of lawn care products and pest control methods is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- Certification in pesticide application is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
